Our Story
Pan Cal was established in San Jose, California in 1978 by four brothers. What started as a home building business has since evolved, and our company is now also active in land development and commercial asset management. We have built more than 1,000 homes, owned and managed numerous multi-family properties, and served thousands of families in the process. In addition to this, our ownership and management of neighborhood shopping centers has allowed us to make significant investments in small businesses and strengthen our local community.
